Subject: Advertisement for Research participants (MSc dissertation)

Description: I am currently recruiting for individuals 18-35 who are relatively untrained to undertake a resistance training program for my clinical exercise physiology dissertation. I am not sure which audience to advertise this to, as there is no real specific audience but I am in need of participants who are not regularlty participating in a lot of physical activity (<150 mins/week). And not sure wgucg list type to send it as.
