Subject: Faculty Infrastructure Strategy Group (FISG)

Description: The Faculty Infrastructure Strategy Group (FISG) will replace Faculty Estates Oversight Group (FEOSG) for the new academic year.

Going forward FISG will develop, maintain and execute a Faculty Infrastructure Strategic Plan (FISP) aligned with Unit, Faculty and University priorities. It will support members of FMS in taking infrastructure developments forward and act, under the delegated authority of Faculty Executive Board, to approve investment in and development of infrastructure across all of its estate.
