Subject: List for handling e-queries

Description: This address is to replace the lib-eresources@ncl.ac.uk email on our library
branding/webpages etc. which we use to deal with e queries. Can we put a
redirect from 'lib-eresources' to 'elibrary' as we will eventually want to phase
lib-eresources out.
